10 contestants battled it out in the kitchen to see who would come out on top in Round 1 of the EDG Cook Off for 2013. The fight was on to get through to the semi-finals and there were some serious cooking skills on show.
Guests enjoyed a selection of delicious canapés prepared by our amateur chefs accompanied by Lisa McGuigan wines. Everything from starters to substantial and sweet!
However, only four would proceed to Round 2: Adrian Fung with his ‘Salmon Ice Cream’, Yvonne Chan with her ‘Lobster on the Rocks’, Phillip Fikkers with his ‘Nanna’s Recronstructed Chicken Sandwich’ and our top contestant for the day, Matt McGowen with his ‘Summer Lamb on Sweet Clouds’.
