Once again, we had 10 contestants battling it out in the kitchen to see who would come out on top in Round 1 of the EDG Cook Off for 2014. Guests enjoyed a selection of delicious canapés prepared by our amateur chefs accompanied by fantastic wines provided by Macleay St. Bistro.
However, only four would proceed to Round 2: Erich Ian with his ‘Crack Tart’, Ellyn Tse with her ‘Balinese Lemongrass Roll’, Brendon Harrington with his ‘Washed Ashore’ and our top contestant for the day, William Lam with his ‘Galangal Prawns’.
