On Thursday November 1, The Art of Taste 2 brought us back to the 4A Centre for Contemporary Asian Art for an experiment in science, art and food. Over 100 guests experienced some amazing pieces of artwork by Ken + Julia Yonetani in their exhibition ‘What the Birds Knew’ – along with some beautiful food.
The event catering for the night was done Umi Kaiten-Zushi, who provided some inspired Japanese cuisine, along with our EDG volunteers – who came up with a few creations of their own. The night was all topped off with a demonstration by N2 Extreme Gelato who showed us how they make their fresh, tasty gelato with liquid nitrogen.
The night was a great success, with over $2,000 raised for our Food Without Prejudice Project.
